Usage

This is a full long lasting protective treatment with the following qualities:

• Protects dense and / or oily woods
• Protects against grease, oil and dirt
• Enhance the color of the wood before treatment for resulting in a slightly darker tone
• Penetrating, non-film forming
• Non slip, does not go sticky, does not turn black and waterproofs the wood
• Greatly reduces maintenance time and the use of chemicals

Application method

Provide the necessary equipment for the routine cleaning of your wood surface as well as a paint tray, a brush or a roller, gloves, safety glasses and work clothes.

The treatment should be applied in dry weather conditions. If it is a sunny day, carry out the work preferably in the morning (intense sun will tend to dry the product too quickly).

• Conduct a deep cleaning of the wooden surface to be treated. Any stains are to be removed and then allow to dry thoroughly
• 3 coats are required for the first treatment. 2 coats will suffice thereafter for maintenance
• Put the product in the paint tray, then apply by brush or roller a uniform coat. It is not a varnish, it will be absorb by the surface.
• Drying time between coats of product: 40 à 60 mn.

Coverage: 4 to 5 m² depending on the absorption of the wood.

Duration of protection: a season.

We recommend a second treatment later in the season, to ensure protection during the winter of surfaces exposed to the elements.
